Often dancers and models, women with the Sapphire body shape have relatively long limbs and a fine, narrow bone structure. They have a high metabolism, which allows them to eat more without a lot of weight gain. Sapphire body types don’t develop much cellulite—if they do, it accumulates on the buttocks and backs of thighs and lastly, the stomach. Sapphires tend to have a “high-strung” personality.
