Donkey-Hide, or E Jiao, is a glue-like liquid prepared from donkey skin and has been used in Tradtional Chinese Medicine to strengthen and build blood as well as stop excessive bleeding in the body. As a supplement, it would be recommended to someone who is lackluster due to blood deficiency. This is especially common for women after menstruation or childbirth to nourish and replenish blood. Can also be used by men after surgery or donating blood. May help relieve symptoms of dizziness, low blood pressure, and overall weakness.
