Shell Stomach Ache Powder

Shell Stomach Ache Powder is a simple but effective herbal remedy for stomach pain. Using only five ingredients, the combination is strong and fast-acting. Sepia (海螵蛸) is used to control acidity, relive pain, and resolve excess dampness, meaning both acid reflux or diarrhea. Kaolinum (石脂) binds the intestines and treats loose stool. Clove (丁香) is included to warm the stomach and restore healthy digestion as well as balance the cold nature of some of the other herbs. Chinese Rhubarb Root (大黄) drains dampness, expels toxic heat, and promotes urination. Lastly, Mint (薄荷) is used to balance the energetics of the whole formula and help the body to expel turbid filth. Adults can take 2-4 spoonfuls with warm water, 2-3 times per day. Children can half the adult dosage.
