Tu Chung, also known as Du Zhong or Eucommia Bark, is the bark of the Chinese Rubber Tree. Due to it’s sinew-like threads, it has often been used in treating arthritis or lower back pain, but can also be used to lower high blood pressure, relieve dizziness or headaches, and support fertility in someone who experiences frequent miscarraiges. The herb is classified as a Sweet, Warm, Kidney and Liver Tonic.
